I've put in 22,000 hours researching, writing code and updating articles;
My 300 pages on piano Playing, the Buying and Selling tips - now an endangered species.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ? ? ?

At that Search Engine... the biG one, your Piano Advisory was one of the web's most prominent piano listings. Suddenly ...we were unceremoniously DUMPED ! Search for PIANO ADVICE, PIANO TABS, PIANO MUSIC, PIANO LESSONS - you won't easily find us anymore. At times YAHOO.com sends 5 times as many visitors. No Charge. Even MSN.com generates more enquiry than ye olde dumptruck! Without genuine support from the most used Search engine, the world is less able to find us these days

Their response to my pleading and groveling?
"Because our index changes regularly, it's possible your pages will regain their ranking...."

Our friendly search Giant did suggest a rewrite/reconfigure/resubmit of all 300 odd pages.
(Meanwhile, they're content to have us PAY for ads 'n clicks in order to be "found".)

So ... the Monster wants blood - I'm asking You to decide the Piano Advisory's fate.

I created a not-for-Profit piano advice service. We really can't afford to Advertise !
Commercial sites can - and support for our pages once provided enough revenue to cover operating expenses.

I offer Free Advice. WHY SO?
Well, it brings enquiry from people who are in the market for our services - My wife teaches, I teach and tune pianos as well.
Initially the internet provided great publicity - virtually free. Great! And my site made some music sales too.
But this year, fewer visitors has meant reduced earnings.

Our Piano information site has now become a heavy financial burden.
  Annual website hosting & software : $200
  Broadband connection : $850
  Business phone & miscellaneous costs : $2000
  Advertising : $3000 PLUS !!! ......... Hey! I'm just a Music Teacher....... And we don't sell pianos!

Income ??? NOT ENOUGH to cope with costs like those !!!

And that's why your Piano Advisory may soon cease to exist!
...I need to make a decision on that within a couple of months.
