WE DON'T BUY & SELL PIANOS BUT... The Piano Advisory is pleased to present this desirable USED YAMAHA P22 model upright piano designed for the US market ... and for private sale in Dayton, Ohio.

Interesting challenge this one ! Australia's a long way from OHIO and the P22 model is not one we can expect to see here in Oz, so I'll simply report on what I know...
Good notices ! The reviews I have seen for the P22 are all favorable.
Not only might they be generally speaking, something of "a prize" - but this particular instrument is reasonably priced also. Based on what New Piano buyers have revealed to me it's well under *HALF PRICE!

The Piano Advisory obviously made a good impression on Denise - and in seeking our advice she also expressed interest in having us make a feature of her piano.

From all that I have read about the P22 - these are Good pianos!
They are classed as Professional models and Denise tells me that her piano has hardly been used. So I trust that you will be delighted with this special offering ...
Until Denise asked I had not promoted many private sales on our web site.
But after doing some research for the owner of this one and knowing that her piano has not been advertised elsewhere - I thought you might like to know about it!

According to its owner the piano has been played sparingly, was recently tuned, 'everything works' and it's in unmarked condition.

Denise is asking just $2500 for this piano complete with matching stool -
both identified as "Light Oak Timber finish'.
